1. ClearPlay Membership Subscription
1. To subscribe to ClearPlay Membership please refer to the ‘join the club’ section of this website; then submit the serial number on the back of the player, select the require membership subscription rate, and indicate your email address, contact and bank details to ClearPlay. You will also be asked to create a password to be used in conjunction with that email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
1.2 As a ClearPlay Member you will receive access to certain sections, features and functions of the ClearPlay website that are not available to non-members.
1.3 ClearPlay products and services are subscriptions the filters service. Use of this service can be purchased on a monthly or annual basis.
I. If you subscribe to the monthly Membership subscription service of €7, money will be taken monthly via a direct debit unless you unsubscribe one month in advance
II. If you choose the €54 annual subscription, money will be taken annually until you unsubscribe
III. If you choose to buy an annual Membership subscription it is possible to pay in monthly
installments of €6 per month, amounting to a total €72 per year.
1.4 We may at any time and from time to time, in our sole discretion, change the fees and charges, or add new fees and charges, in relation to any of our products and services. We will notify subscribers by email at least 30 days in advance of any such change. If you do not agree to the change, you may cancel your membership by contacting support@clearplay.eu.
2. REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
We have every confidence in our products and subscription services; however, if you need to make a return or require a refund, our returns policy is as follows:
2.1 Paid Membership Subscriptions Only
I. If you contact us within 7 days after your Full Membership subscription has been paid, and as long as you have not downloaded more than two filters, we will refund your full membership fee and automatically return you to a free (Basic) level of membership.
II. You must contact customer service for refund authorization.
III. In the case of subscriptions, "when we confirm your subscription payment" means the sending of an email by ClearPlay International that your payment has been processed. This is effective regardless of whether or not you receive, look at or open the email, provided it was addressed by Barclays Bank Plc to the email address supplied by you at the time of the order.
2.2 Damaged or faulty goods
To replace a faulty or damaged DVD Players you must contact the customer services department of the manufacturer of your DVD Player or the retail outlet where you made the purchase. For Akira products, please contact:

2.3 Exchanges - goods only
